Reference compounds, specified down to the residue.
Every monograph publishes the same fields in the same order, so compounds can be compared on identity rather than marketing. Where a registry number is ambiguous, the monograph says so.
Available monographs
BPC-157
Body Protection Compound-157. Linear pentadecapeptide, no cysteine residues, no disulfide bonding — the simplest of the compounds here to characterise analytically.
TB-500
Thymosin β4 fragment 17–23, N-terminally acetylated. Not the same molecule as the 43-residue parent protein, despite frequent commercial conflation.
In preparation
The following compounds are in the catalogue but their monographs are still being compiled against the same specification standard. Batch records are already held in the COA registry.
| Compound | Class | Sequence | Mass | Monograph |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| MOTS-c | Mitochondrial-derived peptide | MRWQEMGYIFYPRKLR | 2174.6 Da | Compiling |
| 5-Amino-1MQ | NNMT inhibitor (small molecule) | — | 194.66 Da | Compiling |
| Semax | ACTH(4–10) analogue | MEHFPGP | 813.92 Da | Compiling |
| Epithalon | Pineal tetrapeptide | AEDG | 390.35 Da | Compiling |
What every monograph contains
- Registry number, molecular formula, monoisotopic mass and full residue sequence
- Release specification for purity, with the analytical method stated
- Identity confirmation method, including how terminal modifications are verified
- Appearance, solubility and storage conditions for the lyophilized material
- Link to the lot-specific certificate of analysis
Specifications are published so that a third party can reproduce the analytical work independently. If a field is missing, ask us why before you order.
